“We started working with Luke in August of 2021, when there were hardly any houses on the market. One month later, our offer was accepted on our first home! As first time homebuyers in this current market, we were not expecting to find a house so quickly. The listings within our budget were hard to come by but when they did, Luke was sure to set up a showing as soon as possible with most of them being on the same day! During this time, we submitted our offers digitally. Luke was very quick to send over our paperwork so that we could submit our offers quickly. He also helped us better understand a lot of the terminology within the paperwork which was very helpful for us. Once our offer was accepted, he was also quick to set up a date for closing!
